Shipping Process
Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We process orders within 0–1 business days (Mon–Fri). When your package ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. You can track your order here. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on the location and carrier.
Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, use your tracking code to check the status. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@standorm.com with your order number so we can assist you quickly.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, email us at support@standorm.com as soon as possible. Once your order enters processing or shipping, we may no longer be able to cancel it, so prompt contact is key.
